About The Suffolk Psychologist

Compassionate and Non-Judgmental Environment

We understand that seeking therapy can be a scary and vulnerable experience. That's why at The Suffolk Psychologist, we strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.

The relationship and goodness of fit between therapist and client is often the most important part of the work. Having a space where you feel championed, thought about, validated and well held is invaluable and our primary aim.

Working on a shared agenda

At The Suffolk Psychologist, we like to spend time understanding what is important to you so we know what changes you need support with and where things are going well for you. We aim to provide focused, goal-aligned and you-informed options for intervention. We use evidence-based practises and regularly review progress to ensure our clients are getting the most effective treatment possible.
